Do I need to already be fit to join?
Absolutely not. Most of our members start exactly where you are right now. Every workout is universally scaled — there's a version designed for every fitness level. You will never be left behind.
When should I expect to see results?
Most members notice real improvement within the first 30 days. The key is consistency — we recommend starting with 3 classes per week and building from there.
What actually happens in a class?
Every class is 60 minutes. We warm up together, the coach briefs the workout and proper form, then the workout with your coach guiding throughout. We finish with a cool-down.
How many days per week should I train?
Beginners: 2–4 times per week. Allow recovery days between sessions. Over the following months, work toward 5 days per week to maximize your results.
Do you offer nutrition and recovery guidance?
